On the afternoon of August 24, at the head office of the State Audit Office of Viet Nam (SAV), Mr. Ngo Van Tuan, Auditor General held a virtual talk with Mr. Hussam Abdulmohsen Alangari, President of the General Court of Audit of Saudi Arabia.

From August 27th - 31st, 2023, the 10th Tripartite Meeting of the Heads of three Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) of Cambodia - Laos - Viet Nam was hosted by the State Audit Office of Viet Nam (SAV) in Da Nang city. The topic of the Meeting is "Follow-up on Audit Recommendations" and a symposium on “Auditing in the new normal” will also be held on the sideline of the Meeting. In the series of the event's activities, a technical meeting was held on the afternoon of August 28th.

The State Audit Office of Viet Nam (SAV) has issued Decision 07/2023/QD-KTNN dated May 16, 2023, promulgating the audit process of cases with signs of corruption. This Decision takes effect from June 30, 2023.

On July 6, 2023, State Auditor General Mr. Ngo Van Tuan signed Decision No. 10/2023/QD-KTNN on promulgation of the Regulation on complaints, appeals and institution of legal proceedings in state audit activities.
