The State Audit Office of Viet Nam organized an assessment of the professional and practical capacity of its auditors

On the morning of 12 February 2023, the "2023 SAV Assessment Examination on Professional and Practical Knowledge Update in Audit Activities” was held by SAV at its Headquarters at 116 Nguyen Chanh, Ha Noi.

The State Audit Office of Viet Nam commenced the Assessment examination on professional knowledge updated in 2023 audit activities

On the afternoon of February 9th, 2023, in Hanoi, the State Audit Office of Viet Nam (SAV) held the opening ceremony of the "Assessment Examination on professional knowledge updated in 2023 audit activities" for 553 students who are civil servants and public employees of SAV’s subordinate units in accordance with Decision No. 1801/QD-KTNN dated October 26, 2021 and Decision No. 1507/QD-KTNN dated December 20, 2022 of the State Auditor General.

In 2022, the State Audit Office of Viet Nam proposed the handling of nearly 56 trillion VNDs in financial misconducts and the cancellation, amendment, supplementation and promulgation of 243 inappropriate legal documents

On the afternoon of December 29, 2022, at the Headquarters of the State Audit Office of Vietnam (SAV) - 116 Nguyen Chanh, Ha Noi, under the chairmanship of the member of the Central Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Party Personnel Committee, the State Auditor General Mr. Ngo Van Tuan, SAV held a conference to review the work of 2022 and implement the tasks of 2023. Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Mr. Nguyen Duc Hai attended and made a speech to direct the conference.

Examining of the project on Ordinance on Sanctions of Administrative Violations in State Auditing

On December 22, 2022, the Law Committee of the National Assembly held the 10th plenary session to examine the project of the Ordinance on Sanctions of Administrative Violations in the field of state auditing. Chairman of the National Assembly's Law Committee Hoang Thanh Tung chaired the session.

The roles of State Audit Office in the audit of State budget

On December 29, 2022, at the State Audit Office of Viet Nam Headquarters (SAV) - 116 Nguyen Chanh, Cau Giay, Ha Noi, the Council for the Appraisal of Syllabus for the "State Budget Management" held a meeting to collect comments on the completion of the curriculum. The Appraisal Council was chaired by Dr. Ha Thi My Dzung - Deputy Auditor General.
