On 17 November 2017, in Halong city, SAV’s ASOSAI Organising Board’s Information and Communication Subcommittee conducted a Training Conferrence on Information & Communication Activities on the 14th ASOSAI Assembly. It was with the presence of journalists and reporters from 40 different central and local press agencies. The conferrence was chaired by Mr. Cao Tan Khong, Deputy Auditor General cum Head of the Subcommittee. Directors of several departments under SAV also presented at the conferrence.
On 15 November 2017, Auditor General of Vietnam Mr. Ho Duc Phoc responded to the Accounting and Business Magazine (AB Magazine) of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Phoc is the third Vietnamese being interviewed by AB Magazine.
On 9 November 2017 in Hanoi, Auditor General Ho Duc Phoc chaired a meeting to discuss the organization of 14th ASOSAI Assembly. The meeting received attendance from all Deputy Auditors General and relevant Heads of Departments of SAI Vietnam.
On the occasion Dr. Ho Duc Phoc, Auditor General of Vietnam attended the 4th ASEANSAI Summit in Vientiane, Lao PDR during 5th - 6th November 2017, the People’s Delegation Newspaper conducted an interview with him on this theme.
From 5-6th November 2017, the 4th ASEANSAI Summit was held in Lao PDR which attented by the heads of ten SAI members of the organisation. Representatives from GIZ, WB, EU and ADB, etc. were also present at the event. Delegates from SAI Vietnam, headed by Dr. Ho Duc Phoc, Auditor General were among the attendants.
